Hefner, Michael A. – age 55 of Washburn, passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2014 after a brief illness. He was a member of Elm Springs Missionary Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Lois Hefner. Michael is survived by his wife, Vicky Hefner; daughter and son-in-law Joy and Chuckie Beeler of Thorn Hill; grandchildren, Hunter and Haven Beeler; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bobby and Judy Hefner and Ray and Pam Hefner all of Washburn; a niece and nephew and a host of other family and friends. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 9:00 p.m., Friday, August 29, 2014 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Marty Seals and Reverend Chuckie Beeler officiating. Interment will follow in Williams Cemetery in Washburn.
