My condolences to the family. I've known and heard of Brother Phillips for 40 years. I've never heard anybody say anything bad about him. Growing up the girls loved him for his good looks and the boys like to race him. He was my neighbor for five years and he always looked out for me and my son. He was a wonderful person. He will truly be missed.
