Hicks, Brion M. – age 39 of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away June 18, 2015 in Litchfield Park, Arizona. Brion was a United States Army Veteran and was employed by Level 3 Communications of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Brion was an avid runner and competed in several running competitions. He is preceded in death by parents, Cecil and Joan Hicks; and brother, Randy Hicks all of Georgia. Brion is survived by loving wife of 20 years, Jennifer (Henderson) Hicks; daughter, Brittany Hicks; son, Jeremy Hicks; sisters, Pam Chander and Connie Ross; brothers, Perry and Mark Hicks all of Calhoun Georgia; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 30, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service to immediately follow at 8:00 p.m. with Reverend John Sherrod officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Trinity Funeral Home and proceed in procession to Smith-McCrary Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. interment service with full military honors conducted by Tri-County Veterans Honor Guard.
