Seymour, Katherine (Collins) – age 55 of Maynardville, formerly of Matewan, West Virginia, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2015 as the result of an automobile accident. Katherine was the former owner and operator of The Pizza Parlor in Maynardville for 25 years. She is preceded in death by her father, Donald Collins, Sr.; brothers, Danny and Donald Collins, Jr.; and grandparents, Bill and Zell Collins of West Virginia. Katherine is survived by her loving daughter, Morgan Seymour; mother, Deanna Collins; sisters, Susan (Paul) Bowman, Kimberly Collins, and Dionne Collins; brother, Vernon Collins; nieces, Amy Collier, Natalie Harmon, Alexis Fluty and Lisa Smith; nephews, Bill and Phil Collins; step children, Jennifer LaRue and Chuck Seymour. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m., Sunday, October 4, 2015 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel.
