Robert “Bob” Janeway, age 77 of Maynardville, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 1, 2016. Bob was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed riding motorcycles, traveling and living life to the fullest.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Reverend Clarence and Ruth Janeway; daughter, Vickie Ellison; brothers, Rondy and Eugene Janeway; and grandson, Michael Ellison. Bob is survived by daughter, Rita (Jeff) Jones of Tazewell; brother, Michael Janeway of Knoxville; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A special thank you to Michael Fisher for all his kindness and care during Bob’s illness.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 3, 2016 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral servive to immediately follow at 8:00 p.m. with Reverend Richard Nicley officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m., Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Big Barren Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. interment service.
