David Wayne Collins – 46 formerly of Maynardville, passed away suddenly February 11, 2017 in Nashville.

David is survived by mother, Jody Collins; and father, Donald R. Collins.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 15, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral to immediately follow at 8:00 p.m. with Reverend Mark Large officiating.
