Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Christopher Dyer can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Christopher Glynn "Chris" Dyer
Christopher “Chris” Dyer – age 34 of Knoxville, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2018. He was of the Baptist faith. Chris was a graduate of Powell High School class of 2001.

He is preceded in death by grandfather, Carnes Dyer; aunt, Tammy Massengill; and uncle, Bob Dyer. Chris is survived by son, Caylex Dyer; mother, Sherry Dyer; father, C. G. Dyer; step mother, Sheila Dyer; grandparents, Mildred Dyer, and Vivian and A. J. Baker; sisters, Brittany Dyer, Kiana Davis and Brandi (Ryan) Pearce; brother, Benji (Ayn Marie) Gray; nephews, Jackson and Carson; niece Hadley; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 16, 2018 in the Trinity Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will follow with Pastor Lee Murphy officiating. Family and friends will meet at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Trinity Funeral Home to go in procession to Dyer Cemetery for a 10:30 a.m. interment service. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in honor of Chris to Trinity Funeral Home.
