Obituary for Danny Carson Clapp
Danny Carson Clapp – age 52 of Corryton, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 25, 2019. He was a member of Reo of Knoxville, Church of God and an employee of West Rock.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Joshua Allen Clapp. Danny is survived by his wife, Jeanie Clapp; daughter, Donielle (Cody) Rose; mother, Linda Rae Metcalf; father, Dewey Carson (Sandra) Clapp; sisters, Amanda (Jerry) Mitchell; half-sister, Hannah (Chance) Graves; brothers, Matthew (Donna) Clapp and Steve (Kimberly) Clapp; grandmother, Ruby Metcalf; several nieces and nephews; and very special Poppy to Auron Tharp.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 28, 2019 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will follow with Pastor Chris Gardner officiating.
