Donny Ray “Herb” Bailey – age 59 of Luttrell, went home to be with his Heavenly Father, July 25, 2022, peacefully at home. He was a member of Nave Hill Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by parents, Jackie Ray Bailey and Mildred Kitts; brother, Rick Bailey; sister, Linda Gail Bailey; grandparents, Claude (Goldie) Bailey and John (Beatrice) Nicely. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Phyllis Ann (Chittum) Bailey; son, Justin Bailey; daughter, Jessica Turner; granddaughter he raised like a daughter, Trinity Turner; sisters, Sharon (Joe) Mink and Lisa (Scott) Tolliver; brother, Chris (Katie) Bailey; sister-in-law, Christy (Jeff) Grimm; brother-in-law, Tim (Rhonda) Chittum; seven grandchildren he loved dearly, Laney, Zachery, Leaona, Ayden, Abigail and Braylen; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Phyllis would like to thank Heather, Pastor Phillip and everyone at U T Hospice care.

The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 27, 2022 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The service to follow with Reverend Bryan Cooke officiating and music by Beulah Moore.
