Obituary for Doris Jean Moore
Doris Jean Moore – age 75 of Knoxville, passed away peacefully November 6, 2021 at her daughter’s home in Heiskell. She enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by parents, Helen Hurst and Bart Brinyart; and daughter, Robin Beason. Doris is survived by husband, Jim Moore; son, Jack Holt, Jr., and James Moore; and daughter, Barbara Sellers; grandchildren, Roy, Shane, Randell, Tina, Grace, Amanda, Ashley, Khristie, Brandon, Erick, Natasha, Michael and Jerrica; several great and great-great grandchildren; brothers, Junior Hurst and Jimmy Hurst; sister, Shirley Sweat; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held 1:00 – 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 10, 2021 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral will begin after visitation with Reverend Derek Brummette officiating with the processional to Big Barren Cemetery following. Memorial donations may be made to Trinity to help with the funeral expense.
