Helen Willane Powers Lingerfelt – age 77 of Corryton, went to meet the Lord on June 23, 2020. She was a member of Willow Springs Baptist Church. She loved the Lord and witnessed to everyone.

She is preceded in death by mother, Irene Powers, father, Reverend Speed Powers; sisters, Loraine Jones, Bobbie Rose Teauge and Dorothy Webb; and brother, Billy Powers. Helen is survived by sons, Mitchell and wife Robin Belew and Ben and wife Karen Belew; daughter, Rebecca and husband Scott Monday; grandchildren, Calinda Robinson, Gabby Hankins, Kari Belew, Kenny Davis, Jason, Brian and Adam Belew, Crystal Thacker and Sheena Miklas; great grandchildren, Shawn Denton, Austin, William and Hailey Belew and Sarah and Catlin House; great great granddaughter, Sage Denton; sisters, Wanda Sellers and Anna Wilson; and special friends, Jeff Hankins and Pat and Dennis Dyer.

Family and friends may call at their convenience from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m., Thursday, June 25, 2020 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The service to follow with Reverend Lee Wayne Grubb and Reverend Greg Hurst officiating. Family and friends will meet at Trinity Funeral Home at 10:00 p.m., Friday, June 26, 2020 to go in procession to Haun Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. interment.
