Obituary for Helen Brenda McCoy (Beason)
Helen Beason McCoy – age 79 of Maynardville, passed away October 27, 2022 at North Knoxville Medical Center. She attended Community Baptist Church and Valley grove Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by infant son, Timothy McCoy; parents, Arthur and Stella Beason; sisters, Lucy Williams and Ruby Mynatt; brothers, Clarence Beason, Paris Beason, Ralph Beason, Arthur Beason, Jr., and Gene Beason. Helen is survived by husband of 62 years, Claude McCoy; children, Chucky McCoy and Sylvia (Rick) Cogdill; sisters, Pauline Shockley and Patsy Gardner; brother, Charles Beason; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Monday, October 31, 2022 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The service will follow with Reverend Kyle Shell officiating with graveside services following in Snodderly Cemetery.
