Jesse N. Elkins – age 96 of Andersonville, passed away peacefully at home on October 3, 2021. He was a member of Valley Grove Baptist Church. Jesse retired from JFG Coffee Company with 41 years of service. He was also a member of J. C. Baker Masonic Lodge #720 for over 60 years.

He is preceded in death by parents, Charlie and Dolphia Elkins; sister, Hazel Pickel; brother, Weyman Elkins; and twin brother, Frank Elkins. Jess is survived by wife, Myrtle (Stooksbury) Elkins; son, Marvin and Phyllis Elkins; daughter, Donna and Ronnie Eckerly; grandchildren, Tony Elkins, Renee Goddard, Marlina Delost; great grandchildren, Rylan and Emery Goddard, Dominic and Ronin Delost; and several nieces.

Friends may call at their convenience Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from 12:00 – 6:00 p.m. in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. Family and friends will meet Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Trinity to go in procession to New Loyston Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service with Reverend Larry Day and Reverend Kyle Shell officiating.
