Obituary for Kynsley Rae "Peanut, Sassypants" Sharp
Kynsley Rae Sharp – age 8 weeks, born September 2, 2022, peacefully fell asleep in Daddy and Mommy’s arms on October 27, 2022 at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. She touched the lives of many on her journey, from friends they made in the hospital to random strangers who stumbled upon her story. Everyone who heard about her or knew her knew how hard she was fighting and made them want to fight right along with her. We were all so blessed to know her and will keep her memory alive daily. Fly high up there sweet girl.
She is preceded in death by, great grandfathers, Darrell Beeler, E. J. Ray, great great grandmother, Reva Beeler, great great uncle, Clyde Beeler. Kynsley is survived by parents, Tyler Sharp and Ashley Ray Sharp; grandparents, Cynthia and Scott Ray, Alice and Bill Lawson, and Eric Hickman and Valarie O’Dell Moore; great grandparents, Jeanette Beeler, Charles and Louise Sharp and Randell and Judy Davis; aunts and uncles, Austin (Ashton) Ray, Addison Jones, William (Sandy) Beeler, Dallas (Morgan) Boggs, Travis (Myranda) Russell, Tonia (Kelly) Pittman, Heather (Justin) Johnson, Wayne Beeler, David (Mary) Beaver, Megan Lecce, Katrina (Mike) Sharp and Cheyanne Lawson; cousins, Heather (Eli) Keck, Tatum Keck, Shane and Bryton Beeler, Walker Ray, Kolson Boggs, Whitley, Easton and Greyson Russell, Araya and Autumn Beeler, Kayla Nicely, Lilly Sharp, Zayne Beeler and Braxton Sharp. We would like to thank Dr. Emily, nurses, Brittney, Kelly, Alex and Rachel, Respiratory Therapist Danielle, as well as many other doctors and nurses at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital who took such good care of our sweet girl.
The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 1, 2022 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The service to follow with Reverend Canaan Blankenship and Reverend Matthew Leonard officiating with music provided by Jeremy Raley and Emmaline Jenkins. Family and friends will meet 11:45 a.m., Wednesday November 2, 2022 to proceed to Pleasant View Cemetery for a 1:00 p.m. graveside service.
