Lynn Fields Ball – 67 of Sharps Chapel, passed away on December 24th at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. Lynn was a substitute teacher, assistant, and PTO member, for many years, at Sharps Chapel Elementary School. Although, she is probably most known for her love and collection of Dr. Pepper. Lynn was kindhearted, welcoming, and the type of person who treated someone like she knew them for years. She was known to many as Ms. Lynn and touched the lives of many people in the Sharps Chapel Community.

She is preceded in death by parents: Andy and Echo Fields. Brothers: Johnny, Andy Jr. and Charles Fields. Sisters: Sue Stidhem and Barbara Ashley. Lynn is survived by husband: Roger Ball. Children: Patrick Ball, Chris O’Day, and Kenny O’Day. Brother: James Fields. Sister: Rosemary Frazier. Grandchildren: Kelsey and Abby O’Day.

Per Lynn’s Request she will be cremated. The family will have a simple service Monday, January 2nd, 2023 at 11:00am at Trinity Funeral Home. It will be officiated by Reverend Robin Ryder.
