Maggie Dykes – age 93 of Sharps Chapel, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Thursday, April 8, 2021. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by husband, Swan Dykes; parents, B. U. and Sally Cox; eight brothers; three sisters; and daughter-in-law, Sharon Dykes. Maggie is survived by children, Verdus and Shirley Dyke; Curtis and Linda Dykes; Warren Dykes; Malcom and Connie Dykes; and Sherry Medina; grandchildren, Todd Dykes, Trevor Dykes, Christopher Dyke, Toby Dykes, Jody Dykes, Kevin Dyke, Michelle Reeves and Heather Medina; twelve great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Monday, April 12, 2021 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The service to follow with Reverend Toby Dykes officiating. Family and friends will meet at Dykes – Ellison Cemetery in Sharps Chapel at 10:45 a.m., Tuesday, April 13, 2021 for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
