Paislee Alayna Harrington – age 9 of Maynardville, passed away on August 17, 2022 at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital. She was born to parents, Stephen Harrington and Shyla Helms on March 18, 2013. Paislee was known for her kind heart and bubbly personality. She had a creative mind and loved to draw and craft. Paislee enjoyed playing outside on the farm and spending time with her horse Gypsy and the cow she raised Moomee. She was funny, smart, generous and could go from Cowgirl to Diva in 2.5 seconds. Paislee was so excited to start fourth grade at MES as she loved school. She enjoyed going to church and singing songs about her love for Jesus. She loved playing in makeup, hair and fashion. She talked about many different career ideas throughout the years and her latest was a cosmetologist. Paislee gave the gift of life by being an organ donor.

She is preceded in death by mamaw; Terri Fernandez; great grandparents, Clementine “Gran Gran” Schultz, Harry (Helen) Helms; Woodrow (Ivel) Harrington and Floyd (Joan) Whited; and great uncle, Dean Schultz. Paislee is survived by her loving parents, Stephen and Shyla; sister, Marlee; and baby brother, Wiley; grandparents, Clayton (Sharon) Helms, Dodie (Tim) Strzelski and Gary Don (Sharon) Harrington; great grandparent, Ronald “Pop” Schultz; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Monday, August 22, 2022 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The service to follow with Reverend Rocky Ramsey officiating and reading of the obituary by Reverend Jimmy Davidson. Family and friends will meet 9:45 a.m., Tuesday to proceed to Pleasant View Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
