Dan Robert Berry – 79 of Andersonville went home to be with his Lord Friday, January 1, 2021. He was a charter member of Community Baptist Church where he taught Sunday School and was the Choir Director for many years. Robert and his family traveled for 40 years singing as The Berry Family.

He is preceded in death by parents, Huey and Mary Helen Berry; brother, Levi (Denna) Berry; sister, Doris (David) Sexton; sister-in-law, Nancy Pauline Berry; and brother-in-law, Vaughn Richardson. Robert is survived by his wife of 59 years, Ruby Berry; daughter, Jeanne (Mike) Collins; son, Jason (Angie) Berry; grandchildren, Daniel (Nikki) Collins, Devin Collins, Taylor (Josh) Tharpe, Kendra (Taylor) Nicely, and Katelyn (Glenn) Asher; great grandson, Trace Nicely; brothers, Willis Berry, Roy (Marie) Berry and Jerry (Beverly) Berry; sisters, Juanita Richardson, Judy (David) Murray and Sheila (Tim) Vanbebber; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 2, 2021 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. Family and friends will meet Sunday, January 3, 2021 at 9:45 a.m. at Trinity Funeral Home to go in procession to Hinds Creek Cemetery for a 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
