Shirley A. Seymour – age 74 of Luttrell, passed away on Friday, October 19, 2018.
She was a member of New Friendship Baptist Church.

Shirley is preceded in death by husband, Marshall E. Seymour, Sr.; son, Marshall E. Seymour, Jr.; parents, Dorothy and U. L. Tharp; and grandchildren, Jennifer, Christian and Rocky Adams. She is survived by her daughters, Peggy (Sandy) Effler of Corryton, Becky (David) Johnson of Corryton, Mary Alice (Jerry) Ledford of Luttrell, Victoria (Donald) Bailey of Sharps Chapel and Eliza (Will) Coffey of Maynardville; fourteen grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren; sisters, Martha (David) Evans of Maynardville and Joyce (Meryle) Keck of Corryton. The family wishes to express a heartfelt thank you to the hospice staff and special nurses Donna and Angie.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Saturday, October 20, 2018 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral will immediately follow with Reverend Doug Munsey officiating. Family and friends will meet at Trinity Funeral Home, Sunday, October 21, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. to go in procession to Corum Cemetery for a 2:00 p.m. interment service.
