Tammy Sue Young – age 52 of Maynardville, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side. She was of the Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by father, Lowell Talent; stepfather, Morris Meek; grandparents, Hobert and Ruby Norris; and mother-in-law, Janie Boyd. Tammy is survived by husband of 29 years, Tim Young, son, Joseph (Nicole Lytle) Young; mother, Mary Meek; brother, Jeffery Meek; aunt, Nancy Ervin; uncles, Jim Norris and Johnny (Claudett) Norris; very special niece, Melissa England; and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call at their convenience Monday, February 8, 2021 from 1:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The family will arrive at 5:00 p.m. The service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Reverend Keith Young and Reverend Dale England officiating. Family and friends will meet Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Trinity Funeral Home at 11:45 a.m. to go in procession to Fort Sumter for a 1:00 p.m. graveside service.
