Obituary for Teresa Lynn Kitts (Young)
Teresa Lynn (Young) Kitts – age 50 of Maynardville passed away June 23, 2021 at North Knox Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by twin babies; father, Jerry J. Young; brother, Jerry Dale “Chief” Young; grandparents; and several aunts and uncles. Teresa is survived by husband of 28 years, David Kitts; sons, Cody and Joshua (Carrie) Kitts; grandson, Jackson Kitts; mother, Bessie “Dolly” Young; sisters, LeDonna Young, Sharon (Jim) Tillie and Loretta Young; brother, Larry (Kay) Young; aunt, Ressie Gibson; cousins; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to family friend, Sammy Savage.
The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Saturday, June 26, 2021 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The service to follow with Reverend Eddie Muncey and Reverend Wayne Lovelace officiating with music by Sheila and Wayne Lovelace. Family and friends will meet 12:30 p.m., Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Trinity Funeral Home to go in procession to Dyer Cemetery for a 2:00 p.m. graveside service.
