Coffey, Nell (Miller) – age 74 of Powder Springs, passed away Monday, August 25, 2014 at UT Medical Center. Of the Baptist faith, Nell was a wonderful mother to her children and to others who knew her. She will be sadly missed. She is preceded in death by her husband, Tip Williams Coffey; sons, Claude Edward Coffey and Andy Williams Coffey; daughters, Beatrice and Judy Ann Coffey. Nell is survived by her sons, Clyde (Sue) Coffey, Tipton Coffey, Jr., Robert Williams Coffey and Douglas Wayne Coffey; daughters, Evelyn Caudill, Charlene (Bruce) Brock and Patsy (Ricky) Hux; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 27, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will immediately follow at 8:00 p.m. with Reverend Joe Nicley officiating. Interment will be Thursday, August 28, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Neal Cemetery in Powder Springs.
