Jones, Carolyn Marie (Mills) of Maynardville, born on January 10, 1952, went home to be with the Lord on September 17, 2014. She was a lifelong member of Community Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by parents, James William Thomas Mills and Etha Mills; sisters, Alma Hutcheson and Elaine Mills; and brother, Alvin Mills. Carolyn is survived by husband, Harley Jones, Jr.; daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Jason Berry; son and daughter-in-law, Michael Lynn and Jenny Jones; granddaughter, Taylor Jones; grandsons, Ryan and Noah Jones; sisters, Margaret Bowles, Kathleen Dyer and Mary Roark all of Maynardville; brothers, Sherman Mills of Andersonville, James William Thomas Mills and Benny Mills, both of Maynardville; and Reaford Mills of Halls. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, September 19, 2014 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The service to celebrate Carolyn’s life will immediately follow at 8:00 p.m. with Jason Berry, Jack Walker and Harold Cooke officiating.
