I have such sweet memories of Uncle Ernest - his gentle spirit and calm heart. He would laugh and make us all smile.  It was always a treat when you all came up to Church Hill. Love him and you all, too.  We will miss him so much.

I remember being inspired by Ernest teaching Sunday school at hickory valley Baptist church back in the 60's when I attended there. He really instilled an interest in studying the bible. I still use some of his style teaching my own class now.
