Cooper, Carl David – age 76, departed this life December 21, 2012. He was proud to be a founder of the Union County Little League, active in politics, retired from Rohm & Haas and retired from Union County as a maintenance man. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mildred, parents: W.H. and Rae Cooper, sisters: Gladys, Pauline and Mildred; and brother, Ralph. Survived by: Sonja, Linda, Ed, Zack, Brittany, Derick, Desa, Louise, Bobbie and W.H., Jr. Graveside and interment services will be December 24, 2012, 10:00 a.m. at Milan Baptist Church Graveyard. Reverend Brad Tharpe, Reverend Brock Tharpe, and Reverend Larry Cooper (nephews) officiating. Pallbearers: Zack McKinnis, Derick Tharpe, Tony Reach, Larry Cooper, Larry Lay, and Farron Tolliver.
