Myers, Lola (Mitchell) – age 92 of Knoxville, formerly of Maynardville, passed away December 21, 2015 at Beverly Park Place, Knoxville. She was born December 27, 1922 in Grainger County to the late Clarence and Elsie Mitchell. She is preceded in death by husband, Kent Myers; son, Joel Myers; brothers, C. B. Mitchell, Jr., and Richard Mitchell; and sisters, Iva Stanley, Edith Dukes and Margaret Hale. Lola is survived by children, Karen (Richard) Burris, Pam (David) Jordan and Sanford Kent Myers; grandchildren, LeAnne (Ed) Daniel, Christopher King and Lori (Jason) Molter; great grandchildren, Trey Daniel, Karey Daniel, Tyler Beard, Lola Morgan King and Drew Molter; and brothers, Audley (Liva) Mitchell and Winfred (Phyllis) Mitchell. The family is grateful for the loving care Mom received by the Beverly Park Place staff. The family will receive friends at Trinity Funeral Home, 228 Main Street, Maynardville from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 22, 2015 with a graveside and interment service to immediately follow at Monroe Cemetery with Reverend Philip King officiating.
