Shipley, Timothy Dwayne – age 44 of Maynardville, passed away suddenly at his home Monday, January 6, 2014. He was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by father, Dwight Shipley; brother, Joey Allen Shipley; grandparents, Horace and Margaret Wolfenbarger and Boyd and Lyre Shipley. Tim is survived by son, Zeke Shipley; mother, Linda Shipley; uncles and aunts, Harvey and Sandra Wolfenbarger, Jerry Wolfenbarger, and Jimmy and Janice Shipley. The family will receive friends Thursday, January 9, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral will follow with Reverend Jimmy Davidson officiating with music by Wayne Burnett and Crossroads. Interment will be Friday, January 10, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Lett Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers, Archie Wilson, “Fats” Helton, Charlie Alfrey, John Alfrey, Bill Coffey and Timmy Foust; honorary pallbearers, friends and “fishing buddies”.
