So hard to accept and believe that Sarah has left this Earth and is in heaven. We will never understand why she was taken from us so young. Her sweet spirit and love that she spread will never be forgotten! We love you Sarah and will miss you Dearly! May God minister peace and understanding to the family during this difficult time! May they find comfort in knowing she is watching over them. To her two sweet boys Jacob & Riley, mommy will always be your guardian angel! So sorry we couldn't make it to service.
