Sarah, so hard to believe you are gone! I am going to miss our chats at the doctor's office. Your smile and caring manner was an example for all who know you! You were so loved by so many, I am sure your sons will be reminded everyday what an incredible momma they have. You accomplished so much in your short life and stand as an inspiration for others.
