Condolence: I was named after Donald's mother. I had not seen Donald in many years, but remember him as a child. I am also an artist, and did not know that he liked to draw. So sorry to hear of his passing.

Condolence: I enjoyed working under Don Dobbs during his time as Director of Schools for Claiborne County. He was so accessible to the employees of the Claiborne County Schools and made us feel like an important part of the system. I appreciated his kindness and encouragement.
Condolence: HavIng known Don my entire life as my father's coworker, I was very honored to have the opportunity to work with and then work for Don. His love of education and the children and teachers of Claiborne County will always be remembered. My continued thoughts and prayers will be with Rhonda and his entire family.
